It consists of 2 self-catering Units, which are identical but with separate entrances. In addition there is a 2-room Garden cottage next to the car port. Under roof parking for one car per unit.

Pierlynne 1 Top House has a Sunroom lounge, open plan TV and dining room (DStv decoder with premium package included),
3 bedrooms – main bedroom with double bed, other bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Kitchen – fully equipped, One modern bathroom with bath, shower, vanity/basin and toilet. In addition there is a separate toilet with a hand basin.
Caters for max 6 people

Pierlynne 2 Bottom House is identical and also caters for max 6 people.

Amenities:
1. Kitchens equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, box freezer, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. Iron and Iron board
2. Bed linen provided but guests must supply own towels and kitchen dish cloths.
3. Separate alarm systems Maser Security armed response
4. Communal facilities:
a Laundry with front loader washing machine, tumble drier
b Hot shower with outside door (rinse off sea water)
c Braai facilities with stainless steel grid and braai stand for each unit

If both units are rented a connecting door may be unlocked and opened for convenience.

Garden cottage

Consists of a bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and wash basin. Separate toilet.
Front living room with kitchenette.
Amenities – 2 plate electric hob, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils.
Suitable for 2 people only.

If an 8-bed unit is required, the Pierlynne 2 bottom house may be rented in conjunction with the garden cottage
at an additional fee.
