This beautiful 65sqm self-catering cottage is located 300meter from the ocean.
The unit is completely open plan sleeping up to 3 guests on a comfortable king size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, and a 3rd guest on a sleeper couch. The en-suite bathroom contains a basin, toilet and a shower and there is an extra guest toilet with a washbasin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a dining area. WiFi is available at no extra costs and there is a work station for the executive.
This unit is very private and lives out onto a pool and beautiful manicured garden. Barbeque facilities are available.
We are off the grid so NO LOADSHEDDING.

This unit is so tastefully decorated and in immaculate condition. Cleanliness, relaxing and so private on the doorstep of the Ocean, Boardwalk and many restaurants. Secure parking on the premises. Barbecue facilities. A fully functional kitchen and workspace for the Executive with free wifi. Loungers for the pool.
