Villa Lyrique is a remarkable, self-catering, family holiday home situated in the exquisite Hout Bay valley of Cape Town. This trendy 3 bedroom holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests and combines luxury living qualities with a spacious and airy design, allowing for unforgettable holiday experiences all year around. The home owner, a committed father with a passion for lovely Hout Bay family experiences, has ensured accommodation that is family friendly in all regards.
The modern open plan lounge, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are enhanced by high ceilings with exposed beams, while unique lighting fixtures and stylish, contemporary furnishing results in beautiful living spaces. From the lounge area, glass sliding doors lead to an undercover patio, boasting a large built-in braai and outdoor dining area. There is also a second set of glass doors which leads to the front garden from the dining area, offering place for kids to play. Filled with plenty of natural light and fresh air, this stunning home integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces for guests to appreciate.
The outdoor swimming pool is slightly heated by solar panels and is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer's day.
Guests can make use of the trendy, country style, fully equipped kitchen, where a gas stove and high end appliances allow for enjoyable cooking with loved ones. The lounge area is air-conditioned and ideal for a relaxing movie night, with a selection of channels and shows to choose from, either on DStv or Netflix.
Each of the three bedrooms is pristinely presented, while the lovely main bedroom is complete with an en-suite bathroom (with a bath and shower) and displays stunning mountain views. The second bathroom has a large shower for guests to enjoy.
Guests have access to garage parking and there is an advanced security system and security cameras. The house is fully monitored by ADT security and fitted with CCTV cameras, and the friendly home owner and/or his team live close by and are a phone call away to assist guests at all times.

Vibrant night life. Big variety of restaurants and food. Clean beaches and market has a big variety of items. Great way te spend a summers day. Packing is limited though so getting there early is key.
