Chios Place: close proximity to the beach in the private secure area of Calypso Beach, Langebaan. Option of: 4 sleepers, 8 sleeper or 12 sleeper. Can offer breakfast or dinner in our neighbouring guesthouse, Crystal Lagoon Lodge prior arrangement.

8-sleeper on First floor:
Although both the 8- and 4-sleeper can be rented together, the 8-sleeper also can be rented on its own, and access is via the main entrance.
One 8 sleeper: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
OR
Two 4 sleepers: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, or the other one with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Top floor with large entertainment area, braai facility and sitting rooms. This would be share should it be booked as two 4-sleepers.
4-sleeper Flatlet on Ground floor:
Access is via a separate sliding door.
2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a kitchen and sitting area.

Awesome place. Close to the beach. Very neat and clean.
Accommodation is neat and very clean.
Cooking utensils & cutlery is cheap and very limited and not up to standard based on the daily rate paid per day.
The pan’s Teflon was in a bad state and really not suitable for any cooking. We had to purchase a new pan for our 5-day duration stay. Broken cutting knife, no descent knife to use.
We did not appreciated staff walking in unannounced without any prior notice.
No other solution offered for load shedding, wifi not the best and poor cell phone signal.

A bit of everything. The cruise was our favourite. Captain Hans was amazing, our 3rd trip with him. And for the kids, the fun park.
