This beautiful, modern upstairs apartment is set in the heart of Plettenberg Bay. The open plan living areas have high ceilings and are bright and light and the kitchen is well equipped. The dining area leads out on to the large north facing balcony which looks across to the lagoon and Keurbooms beach while the Tsitsikamma Mountains stretch across the horizon. The main bedroom has sliding doors which open up onto the balcony and both the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Situated above the bustling main street and shopping centre this apartment is a great lock up and go and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Plett main street has a wonderful selection of coffee shops and boutique shops as well as restaurants, all within walking distance to the apartment. This secure apartment has underground parking and a lift with direct access to it.
The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The round dining table has 6 chairs and leads onto the balcony with a Weber braai, 2 sun loungers and outside dining table with 8 chairs. The air-conditioned lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double wash basin, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, 2 gas hobs, 2 electric hobs, blender, kettle, 4 slice toaster, coffee plunger, and 2 bar stools.
