Spacious and well-appointed:
Your four bedroomed home away from home is sumptuously furnished and well-equipped. All bedrooms are en-suite and open onto private balconies with gorgeous views of the sea or the mountainside.
If you decide to eat in we have a fully equipped designer kitchen that Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. With a gas hob, electrical oven, extractor fan, microwave, prep bowl and a myriad of gorgeous granite surfaces you can run the gamut of cooking from a gourmet meal to a quick and easy toasted sandwich. And because we have staff to take care of you, there’ll be no cleaning up afterwards. But we do have a double basin, dishwasher and more to keep the place spic and span.
First Class Home-Based Entertainment:
Play your choice of music, throughout the house, through the central entertainment system or settle in to a movie of your choice with Apple TV, the DVD player or our local satellite channels on DSTV.
Take advantage of our wonderful weather:
When the weather is fine take to our downstairs entertainment area consisting of an open plan lounge, cigar lounge, kitchen area, infinity or seated pool and outdoor patio complete with comfy loungers, bar fridge, wine chiller, indoor gas braai (barbecue), ice maker and pool loungers.
For complete relaxation:
If you’d like to relax indoors without interrupting your guests in the downstairs entertainment area you can head back indoors to the upstairs. This indoor entertainment area is complete with mini-library, indoor fireplace, bar area and balcony offering gorgeous views of the mountains and oceanfront. We also have a covered braai (barbecue) for your convenience. So sit back and relax with a glass of the Overberg’s finest wines and let the worries of the world slip away.

Still close to the city but with a slower pace of life. So many nature walks by the sea.
I love the relaxed small beach town feel of Kleinmond. The combination of a lovely beach and lagoon along with a great beach path walk and the shopping harbour is a perfect weekend getaway. Would love to explore more in future.

Kleinmond is a beautiful and serene place. A true gem on the Cape Whale Coast
