Rayvin 2 is a modern 4 sleeper apartment in s secure complex in the Ramsgate village close to the BP Garage ideally located about 150m from the Ramsgate Main Beach and Tidal pool.
The unit offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the ground floor with sea views from the large patio.
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Both bedrooms contain a double bed and ceiling fans and both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, stove and a microwave as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge suite seats 5 people and has a sleeper couch ideal for two children with a 4 seater dining room table.
The lounge is also equipped with a flat screen TV and an open view decoder so should you wish to watch DSTV you need to bring your own decoder, cables and smart card with, or else hire from the local supplier. ( not PVR or Explora compatible )
There is also a large patio from which to enjoy the sea views with furniture for 6 people.
The complex offers a communal braai area in the garden, a lock-up garage, visitors parking and an automated gate enclosed with palisade fencing.
This unit is pet friendly with permission.
All linen is supplied, just bring with your own bath and beach towels.
Shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.

Everything about the place I absolutely loved and enjoyed.
Ramsgate has the most beautiful beaches and we love the Blue Lagoon restaurant and Waffle House little complex. The people are friendly even at the local Spar.
Everything was close and convenient in Ramsgate.
Wish we had more time here. It is beautiful and not too rushed (at least out of season).
Beaver Creek coffee plantation, Wagon Saloon and the Waffle House are definite must visits.
