Welcome to Lavender Rose B&B!
This spacious cottage is located on the premises where the owner reside. The unit can accommodate up to 2 guests at a time and consists of a small lounge area, an equipped kitchenette, one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. Bath towels and bed linen is provided for your convenience. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave and a kettle.
A delicious breakfast is served in the rose garden.

We are situated halfway between Gauteng and Cape; halfway stop between Gauteng and PE area. Bethulie is close to the Gariep dam, the longest bridge in South Africa just outside the historical town of Bethulie.

Excellent service and cottage was above our expectation. Very good value for money
Our stay at Lavender Rose Bethulie was lovely. Although we arrived late we were warmly welcomed by our host and made to feel at home. The room inside the main house was spacious and comfortable . There is an external door onto the veranda which we could securely lock at night. It was lovely to have our morning coffee there. Breakfast was served in the rose garden and it was delicious. The house was old and quaint but charming. It had a sense of being much loved and carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a very good stay. It was inexpensive and welcoming.

Old time charm.
Sun-downers on the Bridge is a must. We enjoyed eating at the Ou Kar restaurant.
