Beau Vista is a secure complex and is situated in walking distance from Manaba main beach “Lucien beach” and tidal pool. Across from the complex is a well-known fishing spot among locals where visitors can try their luck from the rocks. The complex offers a communal braai as well a swimming pool and undercover parking for one vehicle per unit. Nearby attractions include the ever-popular Southcoast Mall, Riverbend Crocodile Farm and Pure Venom Reptile Park for all the animal lovers, Margate Country Club Golf Course, MTB at Clearwater Trails for the sporting enthusiasts, Mac Banana and the popular Pistol Saloon.
