Villa 1925 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.
The villa is located on the first floor and all the rooms are on one level. Situated in a prime position being close to the hotel amenities such as the swimming pools, restaurant/bar, spa, tennis/squash courts and the shop. It can accommodate up to 6 adults and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms both contain 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath only.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, a dishwasher is located within the kitchen, while the washer and dryer are located in the storeroom within the apartment. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selective DStv channels. Uncapped WIFI also available.
The patio is halfway covered with a dining table and build in braai with exquisite views of the estate. One covered parking bay for your vehicle.
Additional fees not included in the quotes:
A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000 will be required, which will be refunded a week after departure, should there be no damages.
A once-off administrative fee of R 550 is charged per booking.
