Family-friendly self-catering accommodation at Kam'Bati River Resort. We are situated in the most beautiful part of the Overberg. Our sunsets and sunrises are just a little more golden than usual, so be sure to pack your camera when visiting us. All units have separate entrances and are all self-catering. One of the cabins offers a wood fired hottub. All units overlook our dam and is close to our three swimming pools. The resort is perfect for young families.

Swellendam Municipality is nestled in the Western Cape and forms an integral part of the Overberg District. The area boasts a rich agricultural sector, the Bontebok Nature Reserve, warm and hospitable culture and a powerful historical background.

Lovely resort with great facilities and potential but needs a bit of maintenance. Love the little restaurant by the pools.
My children and I really enjoyed the experience. I had so many options for accommodation. There was lots to do for everyone, fishing, swimming, eatery was a nice touch, the bar was great.

La Belle Alliance restaurant is AMAZING for breakfast!
I enjoyed Aan De Eike Guesthouse, My room were clean and the service were excellent.I felt very safe enjoyed every moment since I arrived. Swellendam is beautiful with most beautiful views. The location was very convenient and would recommend The Republican Restaurant. The food and vibe were awesome. It's safe to walk in Swellendam, what a beautiful place for entertainment
Historical information and value
Scenery, the residents, the roads are in great condition (compared to many many many other towns/cities in SA).
Wildebraam Estate. Friendly people. No traffic. Has all the shops and places one needs.
