Right at the heart of De Waterkant, this newly restored property provides a perfect central location.
With sash windows on two sides the large open plan layout is divided into two by central cupboards and shelving. You enter directly into the combined stylish living, dining and kitchen area. This studio has been tastefully designed with comfortable colorful suede seating for the living and two seater dining space. The fully fitted modern kitchen stretches along one wall looking out on the village.
A great place to "work from home" with dedicated desk area in the open plan king size air-conditioned bedroom area. The en-suite bathroom has both separate shower and bath.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
