Only a 40-minute drive from the Kosi Bay border, along sandy roads, you will find Aloha Estate. Situated on the beach in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique.

The home has a lodge-style set-up consisting of 5 pods 4 bedrooms and the kitchen/living area. The house sleeps 12 people.
Bedroom 1 – 2 x singles that can be converted to a king + 1 additional day bed
Bedroom 2 – 2 x singles that can be converted to a king + 1 additional day bed
Bedroom 3 – 2 x singles that can be converted to a king + 1 additional day bed
Bedroom 4 – 2 x singles that can be converted to a king + 1 additional day bed

All four bedrooms have an air-conditioner, fan, en-suite bathroom, front and back veranda, mosquito net, hanging spaces, and counters for clothes, bean bags, blankets, and cushions.

Please note, that things left outside at night are usually very wet in the morning due to the high level of humidity and condensation in the air.
Bean bags left in the sun will become very hot, very quickly because they are black and absorb heat. Please be cautious when touching them if they have been sunbaked.

THE HOUSE:
There is a gas stove and an electric oven for your cooking pleasure.
It is advisable not to turn the microwave, the toaster, and the kettle on at the same time as it might result in a power trip.
There is a blender, plunger a free-standing fridge and freezer in the kitchen, and a chest freezer in the scullery.
Hammocks are available, and Thando will hang them for you in specific sites that ensure safety.
Please do not hang off the beams that provide the shade on the verandas as they have not been built for this purpose.
Please close all the doors at night.
The house has many high verandas and does not have a pool safety net, we recommend that children under the age of ten years old are supervised by an adult at all times.

ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE & COMMUNICATIONS:
In keeping with the seclusion, tranquility, and the surrounding nature of Blue Footprints, we have not installed DSTV. However, we have provided a Wi-Fi router with a Vodacom SIM card and an HDMI cable. These will allow you to access the internet and use your computer to watch your streaming service through the TV. The speaker is Bluetooth. The staff will load data onto the sim card with a data bundle package of your choice, the data bundle purchase is at the cost of the client.

TOWELS:
We provide all linen and a hand and bath towel per guest. Please bring your beach towels.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry is available at R150 or 600Mzn a load, please bring your laundry powder and softener as required.
Linen will be changed twice a week to be mindful of the environment.

SWIMMING POOL:
The swimming pool has a shallow end of 0.5m and a deep end of 1m. Please do not dive into the pool. All use of the pool is at your own risk. All children must be supervised by parents when around the pool area. Strictly no glass around the pool, please use the plastic glasses provided.
Please rinse the sand off your feet before entering the pool in the bucket provided.

BEACH ACCESS:
To access the beach, please use the walkways provided to protect the dunes against erosion.

Aloha 15 is perfectly situated to provide tranquility, exclusivity, and exceptional sunrise and sunset views to its guests. The beach in front is perfect for walking, swimming, playing, snorkeling, etc and The surrounding bush is alive with an increasing amount of birdlife, butterflies, monkeys, and chameleons.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

**Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.**

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
The refundable breakage deposit is equal to a one-night stay and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your stay.

EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.

STAFF TIP
Percilia is our Housekeeper and Thando is our Caretaker. They are here to keep the house clean, tidy and maintained. Please let them know if you need assistance with anything. They speak multiple languages and are multi-skilled. They are kind, and respectful and are important to the smooth running of the house and ensuring your stay is enjoyable and relaxing.

Their working hours are:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 – 16:00 with an hour lunch break at 12:00
Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
Sunday: Off
If you are a weekend booking only, they will be available to you.

On request:
If you would like them to work additional hours, the rate is R50 per hour per staff member.
If you would like them to work on Saturday afternoon (13:00 – 16:00), the rate is R75 per staff member.
If you would like them to work on Sunday, the rate is R150 or 600Mzn per staff member.

No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.
