The apartment features a battery-operated inverter designed to sustain vital appliances during power outages. Please continue to use electricity sparingly during load-shedding.

Caribbean Estates is fortunate that we are located on the South Coast with tons of stuff to do in the area. However you do not have to leave the estate to have a great time. We have plenty to do on the estate, from nature walks, wildlife, fishing, to birding etc. If you tire of nature, you can play tennis, swim in one of 3 pools, do some shopping at our convenience store and while the kids are playing on the jungle gym and trampolines the grown-ups can treat themselves to a luxurious spa treatment at La Vita Spa. The private beach and the Mtamvuna River are within 500 m from the property and the area is popular for horse riding, golfing and fishing. Wild Waves Water Park is 2 km from Caribbean Estate, while Wild Coast Sun Casino is 3 km away.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
