VILLA STYLE is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit on the 1st floor with an amazing view of the Resort lagoon.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with a TV, while Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bathrooms 1 & 2 are both en-suite and have a Bath & Shower. Bathroom 3 has a shower only.
UNIT LAYOUT
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The unit also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and WIFI. The living area leads to an enclosed patio area with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Kindly be advised that the entrance to the property is accessed via stairs.
To mitigate the impact of load shedding a 5kW Inverter and lithium-ion battery has been installed as well as a gas hob equipped with a whistling kettle. This ensures operational functionality for most of the electrical outlets during load-shedding. Guests are still requested to exercise judicious use of the provided resources, refraining from running high-load appliances that may rapidly deplete the battery's capacity.

Capped at four persons.
HOUSEKEEPING
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.
PARKING
Reserved for one vehicle under the carport. Additional vehicles need to park at the guest parking bays at each lot. Please note these parking bays are open and not covered.
