Stay at our fantastic apartments - part of a larger home which also offers other guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and so much more!

There are no water issues here – we have a Borehole with filtration and reverse osmosis systems which supplies all our needs! There's power back-up for load-shedding so all lights, Wi-Fi and TVs work when the power’s off; we have gas cookers in the large, shared kitchen on the 1st floor, if cooking is really necessary and we're a few minutes from the beach. The property is 100% ideal for nomad or remote workers too!

Our Penthouse Apartment is 100sqm in size, has 2 double bedrooms – 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed, each with their own private bathroom; a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area which opens onto a large deck area. The apartment sports spectacular 360° views of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean and Durbanville Hills. Please note: there are 3 flights of stairs to this apartment, so not suitable for older people, unless they are fit. The swimming pool is situated on the 1st floor and the parking is on ground level.

Our Studio Apartment is 33 sqm in size, has stunning views, 1 queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, a kitchen and sitting area. The studio opens onto a deck with amazing views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, and a splash pool facing these lovely views!

Our 1-Bedroom Apartment is 66 sqm in size, has a very spacious bedroom with 1 extra-length queen-size bed with the largest bathroom in the house that has a double walk-in shower and a private toilet. This apartment has its own private deck area with a garden accessible through sliding doors just off the bedroom, and it has sliding doors which open onto the entertainment area and swimming pool which is accessible through large sliding doors just off its private lounge. It also has a full kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area.

Our En-suite guest bedrooms have either a queen-size bed or a king-size bed, and are situated on the 1st floor. All have private bathrooms and enjoy a very large, open-plan living area consisting of 2 lounge areas, a dining area, a guest loo, and a really large, fully equipped kitchen with scullery. These rooms all open onto the communal outdoor entertainment area, garden, swimming pool, and firepit.

The swimming pool on the 1st floor, garden and fire pit are shared, as are the lounges with TV area and dining areas. We offer complimentary breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, milk & sugar for those guests staying in our en-suite bedrooms at the pool deck on the 1st floor.

For those guests staying in the apartments, they have their own TVs all connected to free Wi-Fi and Netflix. There are breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and drinking water supplied in each apartment. The apartments all have their own BBQ/braai facilities.
For the rest, we run our home on a self-catering or accommodation-only basis, as there are loads of restaurants and shops close by.

* Units will be serviced once a week for long stay guests, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
* Our weekly bedroom service consists of:
1. Fresh bed linens & towels
2. Dusting, sweeping, mopping
3. Cleaning of bathrooms
* Linens and towels will be changed weekly on a long stay.
* Guest bedrooms have various sized beds, built-in cupboards and en-suite bathrooms with a toilet, hand basin, and a large modern walk-in shower. Linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided. All apartments have their own TVs and there is a TV in the large shared lounge on the 1st floor for the en-suite guest bedrooms on that level.

This is such a fabulously safe neighbourhood and folks go for daily walks with their pets or just for general exercise. We walk from home to the beach daily and the walk along the beachfront is just beautiful with the most awesome sea views with fantastic views of Table Mountain and Lions Head offering an internationally renowned world class backdrop!

Getting around:
Off-street parking is available directly in front of the house and public transport, the MyCiTi bus travels in and out of the city every hour and the bus stop is just down the road, but most guests choose to hire cars when visiting, as there are so many wine farms and spectacular places to visit whilst staying here.
Uber is also a very safe mode of transport. Super reliable and very affordable especially if you're planning a night out in the City with a few drinks.

Shopping for groceries:
Closest small shopping centres for food supplies, wine/beer, pharmacies and general supplies:
1. Seaside Village (this centre is quick to get to, has a pharmacy inside Clicks & has a Woolworths & Checkers) This is where we personally shop for daily supplies.
2. Table Bay Mall (pristinely clean modern shopping mall with 3 large convenience stores - Woolworths, Checkers AND Pick n Pay & literally everything else you could possibly need)
3. Eden on the Bay (only has Pick n Pay which isn't always great, but also has loads of restaurants on the beachfront)

Please check which coffee machine you have in your unit.
Nespresso coffee pods are available at any supermarket.
Espresso coffee pods only available at Woolworths.

* Our entire house works on Filtered Borehole Water, therefore please use the 5-litre water provided for drinking purposes.
* Water is all passed through reverse osmosis and huge filtration, so no worries for brushing teeth, etc. Nothing is actually going to happen if you drink the water in error, it's just devoid of minerals. Staff will refill these drinking water bottles daily from a good source.
* If you're in the large kitchen on the ground floor, the filtered water directly available on the fridge door is perfect drinking water. Just hold your glass/water bottle under the spout and push the button.
