VILLA 2107 is a cozy ground-floor self-catering villa located in the San Lameer Estate on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal and can accommodate up to 5 persons in two bedrooms with one bathroom.
The property features a dedicated JoJo tank, providing a reliable source of backup water supply. Also equipped with a portable 1800 W power station designed to mitigate the impact of load shedding. This versatile power source can effectively operate essential appliances, including television and Wi-Fi connectivity, among others but no high-load appliances.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed while the second bedroom is equipped with a tri-bunk (double at the bottom and single on top). The bathroom has a bath/shower combo.
UNIT LAYOUT
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The outside dining area contains a round 6-seater dining table and chairs with a braai area. The lounge contains comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, and uncapped WIFI. Come experience tranquillity and peace while working from your “home”.
This unit is very popular for its regular sightings of the local wildlife within the estate.
HOUSEKEEPING
One service per week. No daily service.
A daily service is only provided during December / January school holidays. During the rest of the year, a linen change will only be arranged for stays of longer than 5 days. Should you require additional services, please let us know as this can be arranged for your own account.
