Description: West facing newly built one bedroom apartment with superb views and the communal use of a newly renovated swimming pool. The apartment comes with wifi (solar powered), as well as DSTV on demand and Netflix. One bedroom with built in cupboards and a dishwasher, and washing machine, oven and gas hob. Llandudno is a super safe suburb with a surfer's beach on the my city bus route, about 5-10 mins drive to Camps Bay beach or Hout Bay with numerous shops and restaurants and leading to the scenic Chapmans peak drive. Apartment has dishwasher, washing machine.
Note: apartment 4B and C are interleading with the top floor so can be rented as a combined unit.
