Avondrust Guest House has two accommodation options: luxury Double En-suite Units and self catering Units for 4 and 6 persons. All units are spacious and individually decorated with Antique furniture and a African touch.

They have a Double or two Three Quarter beds with Flat screen television + Open View decoder, microwave, fridge, crockery , cutlery, coffee and tea and complimentary amenities.

Avondrust has a wonderful outdoor section that guarantees to provide much relaxation and quality time with the family. The inviting pool is perfect for a swim and the adjoining garden is great for outdoor dining.

The area surrounding the guest house is ideal for walking, cycling, and hiking. There are many tour operators that will happily arrange day trips to various towns and the nearby beach provides further entertainment for visitors.

Important Information

- We have a certified CIPC document for accommodation for essential Services.
- We provide a Safe and secure environment.
- Optional extras you may wish to include: Breakfast, Lunch pack, Champagne, Flowers, Transport or
Transfers, Mattress with linen for children under 12 years.

- Balance payments only in cash, EFT on arrival.
- Rooms are rented out strictly for the number of guests agreed upon.
- Non-smoking Units. No parties. No Music. No day visitors.

RULES and REGULATIONS
Safety -
All safety rules must be obeyed and practiced – whether displayed or in common sense.
In case of being unsure, call the person on duty.
In case of medical assistance – call the person on duty.
Never work on any electrical / water / gas points or equipment.
All minors (under 18 years) must be supervised.
Always keep hygiene in mind – you have friends around you.
No open or uncontrolled fires.
Keep the main entrances locked.
Please declare if you have any weapons of any sort.
Ensure you take care of your belongings and valuables – we endeavor to provide a safe environment ,but factors beyond our control can occur.
We can not be held responsible for any kind of injury, accident, fire, theft, or loss of any kind at or related to visiting Avondrust.

Registration -
Occupants must complete the registrar with required detail on arrival. False information is regarded as fraud and will be treated as such.
Only registered occupants allowed on premises.
Visitors only allowed by consent of management. ( They need to show and record visual proof of identification) This action is required to help ensure
safety and security.
You will be responsible for the safe keep and return of keys and any other items handed to you before departure.

Environment -
By law this is a smoke free zone. No smoking in units, or any area under roof.
No illicit drugs, alcohol abuse, excessive noise and disturbances allowed at Avondrust.
Avondrust will take actions at own discretion and could lead to eviction and arrests.
Avondrust reserve the right to enter any booked or otherwise area at any time.
Never disturb wild animals, birds or damage plants.

General -
Don't use the free WiFi for any malicious communication or pornographic media , and never leave any equipment or mobile phone unattended connected to the wifi or power supply.
We depend on peoples honesty to report any mishaps soonest so that we can rectify the situation.
Please conserve energy and water. Resources are at a critical low state.
Outstanding payments must be made at registration time, in cash - before key is issued for unit.

All expenditure not on original invoice must be settled in cash before departure.
The occupant / person responsible for the bill must ensure his correct name and details are on the invoice.
