Situated on Rennies Beach and the Mtamvuna River Mouth, bordering KZN and the Eastern Cape, directly opposite the Wild Coast Sun and Golf Course, only 3kms to Casino and 3kms to Port Edward shopping Hub, the Estate offers a wide range of outdoor activities, this area is also a legendary popular Fisherman’s destination.
The Villa is designed for family comfort, fully equipped well stocked New Kitchen and Breakfast Bar with new modern appliances. It is important to note, the villa can accommodate up to 10 persons, with a maximum of 8 adults.
Open plan lounge dining room leading onto enclosed Balcony with incredible views from both the balcony and the loft of the River Mouth, River, and Wild Coast Sun golf course. Additionally, equipped with two air conditioning units to provide a refreshing escape on those hot summer days.
Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, main bedroom en suite and an upstairs open plan Loft, used either as a 4th bedroom en suite (or) 2nd lounge area. The loft area opens up to a second patio on the upper floor with gorgeous views of the Umatvunu river.
NB: the Villa has versatile sleeping configurations to suit your accommodation needs (Please request your Sleeping requirements with booking as follows)
- Main bedroom, either super king or 2 single extra length beds
- 2nd downstairs river facing bedroom 1 x queen size bed
- 3rd downstairs bedroom facing estate gardens, either 1 x King or two single beds
- Loft has four single beds, can be changed to 1 King and 2 singles or 4 singles
The Villa is situated on prime location on the Estate, close to main swimming area, putt-putt course and children’s play area, phenomenal scenic walkways, only a 5 minute walk to Rennies beach via the Sunset Trail, the Waggon trail to Rennies beach boat launch area, and the river Jetty.
