Cozumel 103 is a lovely, modern self-catering apartment that is situated in the secure Cozumel complex overlooking the popular Umdloti tidal pool and the beachfront.
The duplex can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first and second bedroom each contain a double bed while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self catering and includes a fridge/freezer, a stove/oven as well as a toaster. The lounge area is fitted with comfortable couches and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
There are sliding doors leading off from the lounge area that opens onto a balcony with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. The Cozumel complex offers a communal pool with a braai area, 2 parking bays and a gazebo.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
