Juanita 202 is a sea-facing, 3-bedroom apartment situated on Margate North Beach between Manaba and Margate Main Beach, offering sun, sea and memories to last a lifetime.
The spacious apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have ocean views, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size and a single bed, while the second contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains twin beds and the bathrooms are fitted with a shower or a bath with a hand-held shower. Linen, bath towels and beach chairs are provided and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, double oven, tea and coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or relax in the lounge which has a TV with Satellite channels and Wi-Fi.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
