Both units are flatlets that function independently but are situated on the same property. Each with two bedrooms and a bathroom that can accommodate up to 8 guests or booked separately for 4 guests. The bedrooms are furnished with either a queen-size bed or 2 single beds. The bathrooms are fitted with bath and shower facilities.
Each unit has an open-plan living area and a kitchen that is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, and an oven. The living rooms of each unit open onto a covered porch with a garden or a balcony with an ocean view.
Each unit features a smart-enabled TV with streaming facilities. Guests need to use their own login details. Guests can enjoy secure parking for one vehicle per unit and free Wi-Fi.

Jeffreysbay (Lower Point / Tecoma is still safe and secure where kids can walk in streets to the beach and cycle. Close to both surfspots at Lowerpoint, Point and only 200m from a swimming beach. Where people becomes family. The establishme t what we rented was Tecoma 38 at JBay. Spacious, modern with luxury. Your home away from home. Kids enjoy the lovely pool and parents the bbq room.
Billabong
The beaches are stunning, with so many places to swim. There is also a lot to offer in town and the mall, for food and shopping. And the people are super friendly.
