We as a family of 3, with a very busy 1 year old, had a great experience! The place we stayed in was beautiful and neat and the outside area was perfect for us and safe for our toddler to play around where one can just keep an eye on her.
Would most definitely stay there again.

Welcome to Bushbaby Lodge!

Bushbaby Lodge is situated in the African bush inside Marloth Park Nature Reserve only a few kilometers from the N4 highway between Malelane and Komatipoort 15km from the entrance to the Kruger National Park.

Welcome to the African Bush where Nature and African Wildlife meet. Situated in a very secluded area of Marloth Park Nature Reserve with Parkland on two sides under big Bushveld trees where a variety of game and birds will be your hosts during your visit. Kudu, Zebra, Warthog, Impala, Duiker, Bushbuck, Blue Wildebeest, Njala, Giraffe, Ostridge, Helmeted Guineafowl, Mongoose, Baboon, and Monkeys are regular visitors to Bushbaby Lodge. Look out for the lovely Bushbabies that will visit you after sunset.

Accommodation is offered in a 3 sleeper and/or a 6 sleeper. Both units can be booked to sleep 9 people in total. The units are fully equipped, self-catering with air-conditioning. Each unit has its own private campfire/braai area. The two units are within walking distance of each other and around 400m from the Crocodile River. Make use of the communal splash pool during hot summer days and nights.

You will be welcomed by our housekeeper who will be your host during your stay. He/she will service the units every day.

The lodge is conveniently situated only a few minutes’ drive from the Crocodile River, bordering the Kruger National Park, from where you can do game viewing from your vehicle into the Kruger Park.

Crocodile Bridge and Malelane entrance gates to the Southern part of the world-famous Kruger National Park are only a few kilometers away. It is conveniently situated for day visits to the Kruger National Park with Crocodile Bridge gate around 15 km away from Marloth Park.

Spoil your family and do the lovely Panorama route – Visit Sabi and Graskop, The world-famous Gorge lift, The big swing and zipline, God’s Window, the Pothole and lots of waterfalls during a day outing. It is also close to Komatipoort and the Mozambique and Swaziland borders.

At Bushbaby Lodge you can relax around the campfire while enjoying the sounds of nature. It is not uncommon to hear the lions roar as well as the hyenas and hippos in the Crocodile River.

Bushbaby Lodge is covered by Field security - a Very reliable security company - that will assist in any emergency. Each unit has its own security system. If you want to experience nature and wildlife at its best, then BUSHBABY LODGE is what you are looking for!

• Two bathrooms. One with a bath and the second one with a shower.

A lovely place to stay as a quick break-away to the Kruger. Everything worked well and was clean. My only negative point is that we were only there for 2 nights - it should have been much longer to benefit from all that Marloth and Kruger have to offer.

Die diere wat daagliks hierdie plek besoek is duiker, koedoe, vlakvark, ribbok, rooibok, apies, uil en natuurlik die nagapies. Die diens is baie vriendelik en hulpvaardig soos almal reeds genoem het. Ons sal graag weer wil besoek as ons kansie het.

What a beautiful little slice of paradise! The accommodation is clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would ever need for a relaxed and pleasant breakaway. The inside and outside of the property is spotless clean, neat and tidy, with extra effort and TLC to the garden area which is tropical and very pretty. The front cleared area is also ideal for the visiting animals to gather and have a relaxed snooze in the shade after enjoying a handful of pellets and water. Winston, the caretaker, is a very pleasant and efficient chap making sure the fireplaces are cleaned and tidy before you even get up for breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!

Die woning is skoon en netjies regtig waarde vir geld. Alles binne en buite die huis wat jy nodig het is daar. " Bushbaby" kom so 18:00 uit om te kom eet aan die vrugte wat jy vir hulle uitgesit het. Hoor die leeus brul in die nag en die hiënas kerm. Baie wild om die huis soggens en saans. Baie aangename naweek gewees Baie dankie.

We enjoyed our stay at Bushbaby Lodge very much! Was really relaxing and peaceful. It was so sad we had to leave.
