Sandspoor is a reflection of true West Coast Beaty. We border the Groot Paternoster Private Nature Reserve providing opportunities to see various wildlife. The ocean is just a few steps away, transforming the view with the brightest of blues or different palettes of grey, depending on its mood (or weather). Unobstructed views of the sunset over the ocean leaves you in anticipation every night. In Room Facilities:The house has an open plan indoor braai area, a comfortable lounge, a large dining room table, a laundry room and guest toilet on the lower floor. The 1st floor has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. Each room can open up onto the patio with coverage against the wind for you to enjoy the breathtaking views.
The flatlet is an open-plan design with a king bed, equipped kitchen, and sitting area. The en-suite bathroom still provides the necessary privacy. A double sofa bed can accommodate 2 children under the age of 12 only. An outdoor braai is provided.
**If there are 4 adults or 2 children above the age of 12 it has to be stipulated when making the booking. We will open up the interleading room to the flatlet, also with en-suite bathroom. Please note there is an additional charge of R500 per adult or child over the age of 12.
Area Information:True to the West Coast, the winter months turn the landscape into a green carpet decorated with flowers, whilst the dryer summer months attract the wildlife, including deer, to the garden. Bird lovers will not be disappointed and sometimes do not even require a lot of patience before spotting the graceful falcons or the noble and dignified owls. Take note that we are 9km away from the nearest grocery store, a small inconvenience for uncompromising tranquility.

St Helena Bay Reviews
Nice vibe
Quaint place with great landscape. Very convenient restaurants & eating places with superb & friendly staff.
The whole area and places to see.
Scenic drives. Clean and modern SPAR supermarket. But generally DEAD - no coffee shops or restaurants. The hotel at St Helena was closed and Paternoster do not accept dogs at their outdoor eating facilities. The historic landmark at the landing place of Vasco da Gama at St Helena Bay was a meeting place for vagrants, and had a pile of litter and very little appeal. Nothing whatsoever to do in St Helena Bay.
Quite, clean, safe and beautiful!
Great place and so peaceful!
Its a very clean and quite place to be.
The calmness.
Very peaceful in St Helena Bay.
Tranquil/Peaceful. Relaxing/Calming. Fresh Air. Stunning Scenery.
