Welcome to our lovely home! We want to make sure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so we'd like to inform you that the advertised price is for 3 bedrooms only, even though the property has 5 bedrooms. However, you will still have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. You'll have plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities and comforts that our home has to offer.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
Please note that all three (all en-suite) bedrooms are upstairs and that there's a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and full en-suite bathroom. While the other two rooms are equipped with double-size beds and a shower, basin and toilet.
UNIT LAYOUT
Access to a large spacious lounge/dining area , a TV lounge, conservatory sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, playroom and garden. The property offers access to an upstairs patio, indoor and outdoor braai area, private parking, free Wi-Fi and DSTV. This holiday home boasts a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains as well as a view of the ocean from the upstairs patio.

GENERAL
To ensure that our guests have a hassle-free experience during load-shedding, we have equipped our house with a 5kv inverter that can power the lights and various plugs. However, we kindly request that you be considerate during load-shedding and refrain from using too many high-load items such as kettles, hairdryers etc. as this may deplete the battery much quicker than usual.
REMEMBER
Bring along your own beach towels. Don't forget this is a self-catering apartment and we will only stock essentials on arrival, like dishwashing liquid.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, please come prepared. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict the environment with electricity, water and beaches. Refunds are not possible on any of these instances beyond our control and advise guests to take the matter up with the suppliers.
AREA
Hermanus is a seaside town southeast of Cape Town, in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It's known as a whale-watching destination. Beaches include Voëlklip Beach and the broad Grotto Beach, overlooking Walker Bay. The Old Harbour Museum is a site encompassing the old harbour, a fishermen’s village and the Whale House Museum. The latter has informative displays and a suspended skeleton of a whale.
