Neptunes Seat has fabulous sea views from a spacious and tranquil backyard paradise with a huge sparkling pool and lovely outdoor lounge and patio for al fresco dining.
NB. No Pool Cover and no fencing around the pool
Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining and lounge with sliding doors leading to patio area.
This 3 bedroom, 6 sleeper house is fully equipped and privately yours for the duration of your stay.
The Master Suite is light and spacious with a King Size bed, direct access to pool area and full en-suite bathroom offering a bath, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2, offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom offering shower and toilet only.
Bedroom 3, offers 2 single beds and uses the family bathroom offering a bath, overhead shower and toilet.
The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay. You have full private access to the garden and pool

The buzz and quaintness.
The quaintness, cleanliness and lovely places to walk around.
It really is a must see town, there is a scratch patch with the most beautiful stones. Boulders beach is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the penguins and plenty of shops to browse, plus a very nice yacht club with plenty of spots to choose from to grab something to eat.
Everything is central.
The quiet tranquility :-)
The town itself is amazing, historical and quaint. The view of the bay and the beach were breathtaking.
