La Mer 12 is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor unit that sleeps 9 with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate. There are no steps if you enter from the second gate so it is also ideal for those who have an impaired mobility.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, and the second is fitted with a double bed and ¾ bed and third bedroom is fitted with 2 double beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine, as well as a dining area that seats 9.
The comfortable lounge suite seats 6. A flat screen TV with DSTV connection is provided so should you wish to watch DSTV please bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. (Explora / PVR compatible ) There is also a bar area for your use.
There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea. There is also patio furniture and a braai supplied for your use.
There is a swimming pool and basement parking as well as extra parking bay allocated to this unit and there is also a lift for your convenience from the basement area.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away and Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away.
All linen is supplied except bath & beach towels, please bring your own with.
All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
