Flat No. 4 and 3 have ground-level entries. but have balconies that overlook the ocean.

Flats No. 4 and 5 can be conjoined for larger groups, but this must be arranged when reservations are made.

Flats No. 4 and 5 also have braai facilities on the balconies, and overlook the ocean. They are covered.

Flat No. 3 has indoor braai facilities.
