Situated within walking distance from Sandbaai beach in Langebaan, 37 Steps is a lovely holiday home with beautiful lagoon views. This could be ideal for a coastal holiday as the home has a covered front patio which is a great spot for guests to fully relax with a sundowner and admire the views.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the second bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating as well as a fireplace. This living area opens up onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table, a lounging space and a portable braai. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining space under a large tree where guests can enjoy their meals together while overlooking the lagoon.

whole place ,malls nearby and an casino 2 minutes away

A bit of everything. The cruise was our favourite. Captain Hans was amazing, our 3rd trip with him. And for the kids, the fun park.
The sunsets are amazing and being close to the beach.
