Aloe Ridge is a stunning self-catering villa with modern features located in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in Pennington. It is tastefully decorated and ideal for discerning guests looking for a comfortable break in this seaside town from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This double-storey villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third contains a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
This living area has stacking doors that open up onto a patio with outdoor seating, sunbeds, braai facilities, and a sparkling swimming pool (not fenced) where guests can cool off while fully admiring the views, and a Jacuzzi. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property behind a remote-controlled gate. The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants.
Solar panels and JoJo tanks are available for loadshedding and water shortages.

Nice, clean, pleasant environment!
Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
Convenient close to Durban.
