The Beach Villa offers five spacious bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms, and a pretty fynbos garden. Put your culinary skills to the test in the fully equipped modern kitchen or celebrate life in true South African style with a Weskus-style braai. After an exhilarating day of fun in the wind, come and unwind in the hot tub, or in front of a cosy fireplace, or have a glass of bubbly on the rooftop terrace whilst admiring persistent surfers taking their game to the next level.
The luxury Beach Villa has a beautiful rooftop terrace, modern kitchen, spacious open-plan dining and living room, cosy fireplace and an indoor braai area with captivating views overlooking the beautiful lagoon.
A beach holiday is made to soak up the sun and the good life. Fancy a little more privacy? Then enjoy the private garden or rooftop terrace boasting a dining area, sun loungers or built-in seating where one can escape with a good book. It’s the perfect place to appreciate some of the world’s most memorable sunsets!
Sleeping Configuration:
Main on-suite bedroom - 1x King size bed
2nd en-suite bedroom - 1x King size bed
3rd en-suite bedroom - 2 x Single beds
4th bedroom - 1 x King size bed
5th bedroom - 2 x Single beds
The 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom
Please Note:
The big glass stack doors are very difficult to open or close - please refrain from using them. You are welcome to open the sliding doors on the side of the glass braai area.
Please note that children are forbidden on the roof.
Please note that the hot tub cannot be closed. Children and non-swimmers should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No smoking.
No animals.
Please ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and locked whenever you leave the house - damage or theft will be for your account.
Please do not leave any valuables inside your vehicle or outside.
No misbehavior of any kind will be tolerated - no loud parties or special events like 21st Birthdays, Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties, Matric Farewells, etc.
If at any time there are more people on the premises than agreed, penalties will be liable.
Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival, forfeit a set amount of R1000.
Please note - a R1000 Admin Fee will be charged in addition to Cancellation Policy on all cancellations.
Check in is from 16:00 on day of arrival.
Check out no later than 10:00 on day of departure.
Late check outs will result in additional charges.
Breakage Deposit:
Breakage Deposit will be used to settle costs should it be required.
Breakage Deposit will be refunded 10 days after departure date. Any costs incurred to restore the house to the condition prior to the point of check-in will be deducted for the Breakage Deposit. Should the Breakage Deposit not be enough to cover damages or costs, the responsible person in terms of this agreement remains responsible for additional costs.

This was a holiday that we booked for the whole family 24hrs before our arrival. Marika was remarkable in all her efforts to make sure that we would settle in even earlier that was the check in time as there were no previous guests. When we arrived we were greeted by property host Shannon were without much ado showed us the alarm, wife etc and made us feel at home. This house in a perfect location for children and adults alike and the rooms are designed so as not to interfere with the others. The decor, kitchen,dryer,washer and everything in the house makes you feel that you might be in another country. Oh yes not forgetting the deck with chairs and tables for your confidence collectively made the stay soooooo pleasant. We have already chosen dates for the new year. Very HUGE THANK YOU TO MARIKA AND SHANNON FOR MAKE THIS POSSIBLE ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE. AWESOME LADIES

The service and where it is located is really good
Many things to do in Langebaan.
It's my first time now and beautiful
We were there for the Blue Lagoon triathlon
whole place ,malls nearby and an casino 2 minutes away

A bit of everything. The cruise was our favourite. Captain Hans was amazing, our 3rd trip with him. And for the kids, the fun park.
