Mystique 17 in Shelly Beach on the South Coast is a lovely modern, three-bedroom apartment suitable for self catering holiday accommodation. This modernly decorated apartment is a fully equipped "home from home" that is ideal for the discerning holiday maker.
It is perfectly positioned whether wanting to take a cooling dip in the ocean before relaxing on the beach, or a swim in the sparkling complex pool before lighting up the braai on the balcony.
Shelly Beach is also very popular for scuba diving, shark cage diving, deep-sea fishing and ski boat fun rides. Often dolphins as well as whales are sighted. It is a launching site for Protea banks, a world-famous dive site. The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate and even the winters are mild. This complex is two minutes drive to Shelly Beach, South Coast Mall and also the Hospital.
Mystique in Shelly Beach boasts a sparkling swimming pool, 24 hour security as well as direct beach access via a gate in the front of the complex. There is undercover parking for one car in the basement and one outside parking as well as trailer parking
Mystique 17 is on the first floor and has an open plan lounge, dining room and opens up onto a spacious balcony where there are lovely views. On the balcony there is a gas braai just waiting for your first barbecue. The well appointed kitchen has all that is required for self catering as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer in the living room.
Th main bedroom has a king size bed and also opens up onto the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a free standing bath. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom has a shower.
Mystique 17 has permanent DSTV. No smoking is allowed in this unit.
Furthermore there is also an optional cleaning fee of R200 per service on request.
