Welte Stay offers self-catering countryside accommodation in Riebeek-Kasteel, a small town set against the KasteelBerg mountain and only a short drive from Cape Town. Finding luxurious places to stay for your getaway in the countryside, to ensure the most comfortable stay. Riebeek Kasteel, nestled among vineyards and olive groves, offers wine and olive tastings, beautiful hiking spots, village markets, art gallery walks, and various restaurants within walking distance. The Welterusten self-catering studio can sleep a maximum of 3 people and features one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a spacious rain-like shower, an open-plan kitchen with a microwave, fridge, stove, and oven, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a small dining area. The seating area has a sofa bed couch and a flat-screen TV with free Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are provided. The patio outside offers beautiful garden life, a wood-fired hot tub, and an undercover built-in braai. The private courtyard in front of the studio has beautiful garden views with free parking

Cafe Felix is lovely. We had dinner there. Wonderful atmosphere. The quiet of the town. At night you can "hear" the silence. Beautiful place.
The wonderful location, the views, the mountains and the local people. We met a fantastic artist call Piet Blom, and his wife Hester! His paintings are all about trees, and the complexity in his art is incredible!! We bumped into Mornè du Plessis, what a great man! And Roberto the Italian owner of Angies is a great host and looking after every patron personally.
For me the people, the unique town setup and the wine and nature and the simplicity of all makes it a great destination.
