This apartment is situated on the ground floor in this well known La Ballito complex and is within walking distance to restaurants, and other convenience stores, and is a walk across the road from Ballito's main swimming beach.
The 2.5 bedroom apartment sleeps 6 people. There is one bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities in complex available. The bar and lounge opens up to the patio. The unit is fitted with Wi-Fi, log in with own Netflix account. There is under cover parking available for one vehicle. The complex has two swimming pools. There is more than enough braai facilities and you have your own private gas braai. The complex is secured with remote control accessed gates.
Please bring your own bath, beach towels and kitchen towels.
We have a refundable deposit of R1500.00, cleaning/admin fee of R1060 that is not included and can be paid directly to the host

The place was very nice and neat inside the rooms , with all the necessary equipment's that made our stay pleasant. However care should be taken on the entrance/staircases and parking. The tiles on the stairs are not ;looking neat and too old, its very dark on the stair cases .If you can revamp a bit and also paint the parking lot as it looks scary
We had a wonderful stay, apartment was clean, neat, tidy and suitable access to the shops and beach. Uneeda the agent was very friendly and helpful

Ballito is a nice and safe enough place to holiday and enjoy the sea.
The vibe was friendly. The boardwalk is well maintained. Beaches were clean and there is lots to do during the holidays.

I loved the Ballito Lifestyle Market with its relaxed holiday vibe. Ballito is a short drive from Durban making it easily accessible for an impromptu weekend away.
