We are excited to offer this contemporary three-bedroom apartment in a quiet and secure complex in Big Bay, which is only a short walking distance of 8 minutes from the famous Eden of the Bay where you will find a stunning beach, a surfing club, a Pick n Pay grocery store as well as several popular restaurants, making this the ideal temporary residence for vacationers or business travelers looking for a peaceful retreat close to the City Centre.
The apartment's open-plan layout with three bathrooms includes a fully equipped kitchen for convenient self-catering as well as a lounge with a flat-screen TV where visitors can curl up and binge-watch their favourite shows while the kids can enjoy hours of fun in the play park within the complex.
The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, an abundance of natural light entering the room and an en suite bathroom with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain from the balcony. Queen-sized beds are found in the second and third rooms, which share a bathroom with a toilet, shower and a bathtub featuring views of the surrounding fauna and flora. There is also an additional guest restroom.

Some other activities you may enjoy while visiting are cycling, swimming, surfing, fishing and kayaking. The Cape Town City Centre is only a 20-minute drive away for those who wish to do a little extra sightseeing. Travelers can also go the opposite way and explore the well-known coastline sights on the West Coast.

The beach.
Dining out, walking on the beach.
They are not far from shops even if I use Uber it's not expensive.
It is quiet and serene. The beach is easy to access and many people run on the beach or next to it. A great place to visit if you enjoy being active. Also, a very dog friendly place. I would recommend Mozambik for a relaxed meal, but be prepared for noise: it is a very popular location! Both Table Mountain and Robben Island are visisble from Blouberstrand. with Uber, you can get around pretty easily to just about any location.
The beach
We want to thank Marko and his team for their friendliness and welcoming us with open arms on the 4th of July 2022. He gave us a tour through the apartment and made sure that we had all the things we need. The apartment was well cleaned and had all the equipment needed. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it for anyone. Sunset court will definitely see us again. Thank you Marko for everything.
