Summer Lodge Villa 3 - This three bedroom self catering villa is one of 6 villas in a tranquil tropical paradise that accommodates 6 people in Uvongo. The property is well fenced with easy access through the lush gardens to the main Uvongo Beach via stairs leading down.
Summer Lodge consists 6 Villas with Summer Lodge Villa 1 being the main house with it's own pool etc and is completely separate to the other Villas. Villas 2 to 5 share a pool and a communal braai area.
Summer Lodge Villa 3 has an open plan lounge and dining room with a separate kitchen that is well equipped for self catering with a dishwasher. Step out onto your own patio which is overlooking the lovely tropical garden and pool area. There are three bedrooms each of them are en-suite. Main Bedroom has a queen size bed and both the second and the third bedrooms have 2 single beds.
Uvongo is a lovely little seaside resort village on the Hibiscus Coast. Uvongo is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon. The lagoon and beach are protected by cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boats, as well as canoes, are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Uvongo beach has lifeguards and also shark nets, therefore, making it an excellent swimming and surfing beach.
Furthermore, the Pavilion Restaurant overlooking Uvongo, apart from lovely views also has great food. Below the restaurant is a takeaway shop, ice cream shop, and beach apparel shop.
Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien beach and the Fishing Pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
