BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Both the second and third bedrooms are designed with two single beds each. The second bathroom offers a shower, basin, and toilet. Additionally all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted for self-catering and features a gas stove with an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, as well as a complete set of cutlery and crockery. Your convenience is well taken care of, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer conveniently placed within the unit. The dining area comfortably accommodates seating for guests, while the lounge offers a cozy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, aircon and WiFi access. The covered balcony presents stunning views of the estate and has a built-in braai.

HOUSEKEEPING

Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season. *Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.

PARKING

One covered parking bay for your vehicle.

GENERAL

Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.

TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.

REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
