This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is set on a hill in Leisure Bay. There is a splendid sea view from every room, from the patio and the balcony.
From the open plan lounge area you step out onto the undercover patio with the pool directly in front of you. Neat garden to enjoy while soaking up the view. We have a weber Braai that can be moved depending on the weather.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the ground level. Ceiling fan in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. Scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the top level there are 2 bedrooms with aircons and 2 bathrooms.
Main bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. A hairdryer is also provided.
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with a separate bathroom. There is a bath and shower in the main bathroom and shower only in the 2nd bathroom. Hairdryer is provided.
The TV room has a flat screen TV with open-view decoder and aircon.
All bed linen is provided. Please bring all towels.
Very good security and an electric fence around the property. Lock up garage.
Water Tank for back up supply.

The proximity of the cottage to Kid's Beach - it was a stones-throw away from the accommodation which worked so well for us.
