San Lameer Superior View is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, located on the third floor in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.

BEDROOMS LAYOUT

The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double-size bed while bathroom 1 features a full en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is designed with two single beds and comes equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.

UNIT LAYOUT

The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted for self-catering and features a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, as well as a complete set of cutlery and crockery. Your convenience is well taken care of, with a dishwasher placed within the unit. The lounge offers a cozy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with the premium DStv package and WIFI. Adorned with a dining table and a built-in braai, the balcony presents stunning ocean views. Additionally, the unit is equipped with an air conditioning system in each bedroom.

Kindly take note that there are a steps leading to the front door of the unit.

HOUSEKEEPING

No Housekeeping but additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

Linen changes are scheduled for stays of longer than five days and will be scheduled during the middle of that period. Towel changes are done on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and on all new arrivals. Additional changes can be arranged at an extra fee. Please notify us beforehand.

TAKE NOTE

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.

REMEMBER

This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.

We have plenty to do on the estate, from nature walks, wildlife, fishing, to birding etc. If you tire of nature, you can play tennis, swim in one of 3 pools, or do some shopping at our convenience store and while the kids are playing on the jungle gym and trampoline the grown-ups can treat themselves to a luxurious spa treatment at La Vita Spa. The private beach and the Mtamvuna River are within 500 m of the property and the area is popular for horse riding, golfing and fishing. Wild Waves Water Park is 2 km from Caribbean Estate, while Wild Coast Sun Casino is 3 km away.
