Experience the ultimate in camping with all our private all-weather luxury tent just 9kms from Thabazimbi. The spacious raised (2 metre) deck allows you to soak in the breathtaking views of the Kransberg while enjoying a glass of wine viewing the local game. Perfect for a romantic getaway with your nearest and dearest.
This all-weather accommodation is entirely off-grid so no worries about loadshedding. The king size four poster bed, with mosquito net, will ensure that you sleep well with great aircon to either chill you in the hot summer months or warm you up in the winter! The spacious ensuite shower and toilet ensures you will have all your home comforts in the bush. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, inductor cooker, fridge and kettle. On the deck you have comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning 360 degree views. You can braai on the deck on a weber or build a bigger fire on the ground level fire/braai pit.
Mount Olivet tent is 6kms from Marakele National Park, with big five and the breathtaking mountain road up to the spectacular Lenong viewing point. Khaya Kwa is a delightful pub restaurant opposite the park gate where you can unwind watching the sun set over the mountains. For more adventure you can visit Marakele Animal Sanctuary which has all the big cats and be up close and personal with in the world-renowned Lion Mobile.

It is a little town but it has everything that you need in the shopping centre.
The Marekele Game reserve has the Big 5 and is not as busy as the other National Parks. The main road is busy being widened.
Not bad, just a small town with a lot of people.
