You enter through the front door and to the left is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a full en-suite bathroom. You go upstairs to the main bedroom which has a queen bed and a full en suite bathroom. Downstairs at the bottom level is the living room. The living area is comfortable and cozy and has a gas fireplace. All bedding, towels and soap are provided. There is under-floor heating, a gas heater, and electric blankets for the chilly winter nights.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan with the lounge and dining room. There is a covered veranda with a built-in braai.

The Eastern Free State town of Clarens is situated about 20km from the Golden Gate Nature Reserve, 40km from Bethlehem, 40 km from Fouriesburg and is on the Northernmost point of the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho. Clarens is an easy 3 to 4 hour drive for city dwellers from Johannesburg, Bloemfontein and Durban.
