One street back from the sea is this comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home.
Lounge has an air conditioner. Smart TV set up with wi-fi.
Well equipped kitchen.
Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 fridges and a chest deep freeze. Electric hob and oven but there is a gas plate stove to help when there is loadshedding.
3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each bedroom. The bathrooms are between the bedrooms.
The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds suitable for children only. There is a separate toilet next to the children’s bedroom. All the bedrooms have a fan each.
All bed linen is provided. Please bring all your towels, beach and bath towels.
On the patio there is a built-in braai. Patio table and chairs to be able to relax outside and have a good old braai.
1 lock up garage.
1 water tank as back up.
