Country living in the City is a self-catering cottage, fully on solar, that’s situated on the owner’s property in an Equestrian Estate in Midrand, Johannesburg. It is ideally situated about 12 km from the Gallagher Convention Centre and the Gautrain Sandton Station is about 20 km away. KEP is within walking distance.
This cottage can accommodate up 2 adults and 1 child and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king-size bed and 1 child-only mattress. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, washing machine, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area is furnished with a couch and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The cottage boasts garden views and is set by an orchard. There are also free-roaming chickens. Guests can take a walk in the garden or make use of the shared hot tub and swimming pool. There is also a horse stable on the other side of the property, and we sometime have stabling available for horse events at KEP. There is secure parking available on the premises.
