Centrally located this spacious two bedroom luxury terraced house has been beautifully designed across split floor levels.
The bright living room, with Waterkant Street views, connects down a couple of steps to the modern fully fitted kitchen. A separate utility room is cleverly hidden by floor to ceiling cupboards and this floor opens out onto a wooden decked courtyard. Divided by glass sliding doors the kitchen and courtyard make a great entertaining area with interior dining area and outdoor lounge with sofa and armchairs.
A central staircase connects to the upper air-conditioned bedroom levels. Bedroom 2 looks down onto the courtyard and has an open plan en-suite shower bathroom and toilet. Located at the top of the property the main large bedroom 1 looks out onto Waterkant Street, again with open plan en-suite shower with toilet and sink area.
This property is serviced and, separate to the accommodation rate, there is free WiFi plus residents parking permit available.

There are car hire companies aplenty in the area as well as easy access to a glut of tourist attractions.

A short taxi ride away you can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the Winelands. Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only 3 minutes walk away.
*Word of warning, do not get into a minibus taxi, rather ask about getting an Uber or using the MiCity bus.

I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
