Hartshuijs has an open-plan layout with more than enough space for a family of four. The air-conditioned apartment contains a queen-size bed, two single beds, and a neat en-suite bathroom with a shower. The well-equipped kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, 4-plate hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living area features a dining table and a flat-screen TV.

At Hartshuijs you can expect natural linen and English country home decor with a warm Karoo feel to it. Bootlegger filter coffee can be enjoyed in our signature Hartsgoed coffee mugs with homemade rusks while enjoying the beautiful Karoo sunsets at the patio table.

Outside, the private covered BBQ area invites you to a night of karoo stars and make memories as a family! We have a large sand pit for the kids to play and also a small wooden table and chairs on the patio for them to feel right at home.

Our Hartsgoed decor and gift store is next door on the same premises where we serve the most delicious light lunches and cake with Bootleggers coffee and drinks. You can expect the most beautiful locally made baby and kids wear, homeware, leather bags and gifts. We also have a variety of Little Dutch wooden toys, kiddies books and a mini coffee station to keep the little ones busy while you browse through the store.
