Accommodation:
Meticulously designed to provide both comfort and style. The centerpiece of the tent is a plush king-size bed adorned with soft linen and a cozy Mozzy net, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a refreshing shower, double vanity basins, and a toilet equipped with a septic tank system. Guests will also find a single sleeper couch with a Mozzy net, offering additional sleeping space for an extra child or adult. You are also welcome to take a blow-up mattress (please bring your bedding) as there is more than enough room.

Amenities:
Luxury Tent No. 7 is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay. Stay cool and comfortable with the air conditioning and fan provided in the tent. Outside, on the spacious deck, guests can indulge in a luxurious bath in the bathtub or take a refreshing dip in the splash pool. The deck also features a 4-seater table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while soaking in the stunning views.

**Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.**

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
a refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable 1 month before arrival date and refundable within 2 weeks of departure.

EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.

No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.
