Bondi Beach 23, is a self-catering apartment located in a secure, Tuscan style complex situated in Shelly Beach. The complex boasts direct beachfront access, entertainment facilities for youngsters, a swimming pool, tennis court, and a clubhouse.

This apartment can accommodate 6 guest, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wall mounted Tv , and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedroom is furnished with a wall mounted Tv, and each has a double bed and shares the second bathroom.

The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals and have a dishwasher. The adjacent lounge features a TV with a DStv decoder. The living area opens onto a patio area.

The complex also boasts 24-hour security and an electric fencing. Guests can cool down in the shared swimming pool or relax around the communal fire pit. There’s also a tennis court, a games room, the guests are liable to bring their own rackets and tennis balls, and pool cues, as security is not always there to provide for guests, and a children’s play area inside the complex. There is secure parking on the premises. Please note - no parties, loud music, or overloading allowed

*The lower South Coast offers some of the most amazing golf courses to be found in SA. Margate is within 60 minutes of 9 golf courses, two of them rated amongst SA's top 12. No wonder this is called the golf coast of South Africa.

*Water temperatures rarely drop below 20°C, so you can swim all year round, even in mid-winter.

*Margate offers various excellent rock and surf angling spots. If you are looking to go deep-sea fishing, scuba diving or just for boat pleasure trips, go along to Shelly Beach as boat launches are done from here.

It is an unforgettable experience to witness the activity that takes place with the sharks, dolphins and various game fish that follow. Perhaps the most exciting part of the sardine run is dolphin spotting, as thousands of common and bottlenose dolphins follow the shoals.
