Fairview Manor is situated in the Koro Creek Golf Estate in Modimolle. We are an exclusive guest house offering luxurious accommodations to our guests. Our private bedrooms overlook the greens where golfers play and antelope roam freely. For our golfing enthusiasts, bookings can be made at a variety of golf courses in the area. We also offer a range of other activities for our guests.
We can accommodate up to 16 people or 8 couples in our 8 beautifully appointed rooms, all featuring full en-suite bathrooms with separate baths and showers, TVs with DStv, air-conditioning, private balconies, coffee/tea facilities, desks, seating areas, and safes for valuables.
Fairview Manor has all the necessary facilities for small, private weddings or conferences, and birthday parties for up to 24 guests. There are two lounges where you can relax or watch a rugby game, a main stoep and braai area, and a dining area. Breakfast is available on request.

Modimolle is the commercial centre of the malaria-free Waterberg district, renowned for its export of grapes and soft fruits like peaches and watermelons. Other farming activities include game management, conservation (including a crocodile park), cattle ranching, and cultivation of peanuts, onions, and maize.
As the gateway to the Waterberg, Modimolle offers diverse outdoor recreational activities such as golf, skydiving, quad biking, game viewing, horse riding, hiking, nature trails, and luxury hunting safaris. Birdwatching at the internationally famous Nylsvlei Nature Reserve, where almost 200 species can be easily spotted at a weekend, also attracts many visitors to the area.

Stil rustige dorpie. Gasvry mense
The bakery had the most divine bread rolls, and the food you wanted to purchase was available. There is a shop in the main street, Joey's "tuisnywerheid" where you can buy homemade goodies to your heart's delight!!
Small town near destination.
Very nice place.
I've spent my day at Belabela Aventura resort. Game drives, swimming,and many different games in the resort. Then I slept at a beautiful accomodation (Shakala village)at Modimolle. I also enjoyed a breakfast at Koro Creek restaurant.
