Guests have a choice can stay in the rustic farmhouse, or choose to camp in one of the romantic campsites set amongst gigantic granite boulders

The Farmhouse offers self-catering accommodation, think of it as glamping. The house is equipped with the basic essentials so all you need to bring is your food and drink for the duration of your stay. The Farmhouse operates 100% on solar power and recycling and food waste bins are available

The farm has six campsites each offering a unique setting.

Camp Mountain View and Camp Petite are located on the same campground 80 meters apart and have the use of three communal bathrooms with hot water facilities. These functional and user-friendly campsites are located at the foot of the mountains surrounded by granite boulders and stunning views

Camp 360 offers 360-degree views of the mountains and is located in a valley dotted with umbrella trees. Unwind in a shaded shack built on top of a granite outcrop and witness breathtaking sunsets and incredible starry nights. Enjoy an open-plan bathroom, with hot water facilities and a wood fired oven, perfect for those wintery nights. There is plenty of space for tents and parking and this campsite is private which is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking solitude in the mountains.

Camp Granite, Camp KykNet and Camp Dik-dik are secluded wild campsites set amongst gigantic granite boulders with not much interference with nature. These campsites have open plan bathrooms with flushing toilets and bucket showers and are more suited for the romantic and wild at heart

Take note that none of the campsites have electricity so please charge up your appliances beforehand. To save on packing, each campsite comes equipped with tables and chairs.

The landscape of the privately owned farm is spectacular and invites you to explore and discover. A network of jeep tracks and well-marked trails has been developed for your leisure. The tracks and trails can be used for outdoor adventures such as hiking, trail running, mountain biking, bird watching, photography or exploring beautiful surroundings. Book a guided rock art walk or visit the San Living Museum located 8 km away which is a great activity for the whole family to enjoy

The farm is situated inside the Erongo Mountain Nature Sanctuary and is accessible without a 4x4 vehicle. It is 40 km west on the D2315 and is ideally located between Etosha National Park, Windhoek and Swakopmund. The closest town is Omaruru

*Erongo Rocks - Farmhouse & Camping offers a variety of beautiful and well-marked trails. One can use them for either walking, hiking, trail running, bird watching, or photography or bring along your own bicycle and follow the single-track paths and jeep tracks
*The farm is home to a wide range of birdlife. Special to the Erongo Region are the Monteiro's Hornbill, Hartlaub's Spurfowl, and the Rüppell's Parrot to name a few
*Sit with your binoculars or set off on foot along one of our trails to see which birds you can discover. There are six beautiful viewing points to visit on the farm. Four are just a short walk to see the views and two are at the top of the mountain.
